We are currently experiencing a disruption with our third-party phone system, Aircall.
This issue is due to a widespread service degradation affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), a major cloud provider that Aircall depends on.
Please note:
Our main services remain fully operational. The outage affects only our external communication tools.
We are unable to receive inbound phone calls via Airphone/Aircall at this time.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update as soon as service is restored. Customers can still contact us via email for all urgent communication.
